Carers Victoria is the peak body representing and providing support for family carers in Victoria. This factsheet provides information in other languages about us, our role and the services and supports we provide for caring families.

Our aged care team provides respite and support for families in the Western Metropolitan region of Melbourne who are caring for an older family member who has become frail, suffers a chronic health condition or has dementia.

The Respite Connections disability team provides respite and support for families in the Western Metropolitan region of Melbourne who are caring for a family member who has a disability or chronic illness.

The Respite Connections mental health team provides respite and support for families in the Western Metropolitan region of Melbourne who are caring for a family member who has a mental illness.

The Respite Connections Carers@Work program helps carers in the Western Metropolitan region of Melbourne to arrange flexible respite options so they can stay in or look for paid employment.
