Analysis of the Victorian State Budget 2010-11

As expected in a period of global financial uncertainty, the 2010-2011 Victorian State Government  Budget focused big spending on building infrastructure and safeguarding as many jobs as possible. Unfortunately, there is only a small growth in recurrent funding for the care and support services that are urgently needed by families caring for people with a disability, mental or chronic illness.
